Paris Grove

We have been engaged to construct the Paris Grove precinct on a portion of Paris Road in Australind. The precinct will become an integrated accommodation site spanning 16 hectares in size. The project includes short term accommodation to accommodate 388 construction workers inclusive of 2 accessible rooms. The precinct will provide state-of-the-art central facilities for workers, including a large kitchen & dining hall, outdoor gym, administration building, maintenance shed, BBQ areas, fruit tree orchard and bush tucker garden. There is also a future plan to develop a residential housing estate on the site to support Albemarle’s ongoing operations.
