1000 room village refurbishment and reconfiguration

We were contracted to undertake construction works at Club Hamilton, a mining village owned and operated by FMG. The village has both single and two-storey accommodation blocks, with over 1000 rooms in total.
The works were undertaken in stages to allow for relocation of residents within the village, which remained operational throughout the duration of the works.
Specifics included:
- Reconfiguration of single storey units
- Replacement of existing roof sheeting
- Replacement of internal walls
- From 244 to 163 room configuration
- New ensuites
- Polished concrete floors in bathrooms
- New cabinetry
- Plumbing / electrical replacement
- External cladding
